Our dedicated coaching staff assesses:

• Talent & Skill: For our Black teams, we look for players with strong technical abilities and a high volleyball IQ.

• Attitude: A positive mindset and strong work ethic are crucial.

• Coachability: We value athletes who are eager to learn and improve.

• Team Cohesiveness: How well you work with others and fit into the team dynamic.

 

Offer Process

Offers are made throughout the tryout period. Some coaches may extend immediate offers, while others may take more time to evaluate all athletes before making decisions. We aim to ensure that every player is given a fair assessment and the best opportunity to join our teams.
